What started as a simple project to enhance seat and price visibility on seat maps became a totally new website with new ways to buy tickets and interact with the business. New showpages, seating charts, and navigation transformed the user experience and gave patrons a new way to shop… exploration!

Patrons can now easily browse show dates at a glance for their favorite seat, package events into bundles, shop multiple events without leaving the homepage, interact with sponsors and artists, and earn rewards by interacting with Barter long term.

During the epidemic, Barter shifted to stage plays performed at a local drive-in theatre. We helped increase revenue by developing a way to do order taking and fulfillment so that patrons could order snacks from their vehicle and have them delivered car-side.
